ACT (the Association of Color Thermal Transfer Technology) is a group of manufacturers and distributors of thermal transfer products dedicated to educating the marketplace on the benefits and advantages of color thermal transfer technology. At ACT's annual conference, the color thermal transfer industry comes together to present new products and ideas, as well as to discuss joint marketing possibilities and future strategies. The program is designed to be beneficial for Marketing Managers, Product Manager, Research & Development Managers, Industry Analysts, Editors, and Value-Added Resellers and Dealers. The 8th Annual ACT Color Thermal Transfer Conference is being co-sponsored by IMI (Information Management Institute, Inc.), the largest organizer of conference programs in the digital printing industry, and is being held in conjunction with IMI's 12th Annual Thermal Printing Conference on May 8-10, 2001.
